What I want to say is that I was thinking of adopting a puppy, but I am totally butchered by the readings attacked above. So many are the breeds that I don't know where to start. The primary concern is finding a breed suitable for children: I have two little ones whose ages are under seven and a relatively active lifestyle. I'm in a place right now where I found this Wiki called WeArePuppies browsing, and I wish I could believe it, but I'm not convinced about its reliability. Has anyone on this site ever used it? Can you give me any recommendations on breed selection, or better yet, something else useful? I'm truly looking for experiences or advice. Thank you in advance!

First off, congrats on deciding to bring a puppy into your family—such an exciting step! I actually used WeArePuppies a few months ago when I was in a similar situation. The site’s really helpful because it offers detailed breed guides and a quiz that helps you figure out which breed suits your family’s needs. They also have great tips on preparing your home and managing the first few weeks with a new puppy. Since you’ve got young kids and an active lifestyle, the site might recommend breeds like Golden Retrievers or Labrador Retrievers—they’re super friendly and love being part of family activities. The guides also touch on things like grooming needs, energy levels, and potential health concerns, which are crucial to consider. I’d definitely say it’s worth exploring further. Let me know if you have specific questions about it!
